14 days prior to the season beginning, a full refund will be granted. This is a full 14 days. For example, if the league begins on the 15th of the month then you would’ve had to request a refund by the night of the 1st.
After that, the league pays out a lot of money to secure your spot. Therefore no full refunds can be granted after this.
We do understand that things may arise, preventing you from playing after this timeframe. Therefore, up until 7 days prior to the season starting, we can grant a 50% refund. This will cover what we had to already pay out by this timeframe.
Once it hits the 7th day before league start, no refund may be granted.

We have a captain’s chat via Facebook messenger. Your team captain is in this chat and should be relaying information back to the team. If they are not, please reach out to us so we can fix this.

We will only rarely send emails.
If games must be rescheduled, we will first notify the captain’s chat.
After that we will post on all of our social media Facebook accounts. Please follow our Facebook page Facebook/FwFSports
Any games that get rescheduled will typically get added to the very end of your team schedule.
If it is raining outside then please always check with your captain.
League standings are always updated BEFORE the next game.
We try our best to do it within 3 days after the last game. However, we sometimes need more time.
Please be sure that you submitted payment. If you did not pay, you are not registered to play in the league.

Only once you pay are you registered to play and will be added to your selected team within 48 hours.
If you created a new team, it’ll be added within this same timeframe.
If you joined as a free agent, then most likely we have not assigned free agents yet. You can check this by going to the teams tab then clicking the free agents pool tab. If your name is still there, you have not be assigned a team yet. If your name is removed, you have been.
A representative of the league will always reach out to you closer to start date to link you with the captain.

We do follow the league rules and don’t bend them.
If you register early, then you save $10! The price goes up the final 2 weeks before the season begins.
Pay early to get this bonus/discount automatically.
If your team wins the main championship then they win a discount. These discount codes will be provided to the team captain OR given to the players at the championship game. They will be tied only to the winning teammates. They can be used ANY future season within 1 year.
If you register to play in more than 3 FwF Sports leagues in the same season then you get 10% off. The 10% off will apply to that 3rd league registration and each after. This applies only to the same season. TO GET THIS DISCOUNT YOU MUST CONTACT US! We will then create you a custom code. You must contact us prior to paying for the 3rd league as we can’t issue a refund for the 10%. You will get this 10% off for every league you join after the 2nd one.
Shirts are custom ordered at the start of each season. Most come by week 2 of the season at the absolute latest. If you don’t have your shirt by week 2 then please contact us from via the above information OR have your team captain reach out. Please make sure that you registered in time to get a shirt. Once shirts come in, the league commissioner will have them. You must see the commissioner to obtain your shirt. We do not hold shirts after the season ends.
Please note, due to the distributor there can be higher delays at times.
If for any reason the distributor can’t fulfill, you will get a refund for your shirt.
IMPORTANT: You must come to the games to get your shirt once they are in. If you do not show up to get your shirt by the playoffs, it could be given away. We have no way of storing shirts long-term. Once shirts are ordered, they are non-refundable as we can’t obtain a refund from the distributor.
