Beer Pong League

BASIC INFORMATION:
FwF is social, adult, coed league and anyone 18+ can play of any skill level!

• Games will take place at Saint Lucille’s Cajun Kitchen located next to Crafty Bastard at Emory Place.
  8 Emory Place, Knoxville, TN 37917. Park at the front lot, side lot or in the church parking lot across the street!
  We have the private room upstairs, above the bar. Enter and go up 1 flight of stairs to the left.
  
• SPRING 2024 registration is OPEN!
  Games will be every Friday beginning April 5!
  
• League games begin at 7:00PM. You can show a little early to practice on open tables.
  Your team will play 5 games a night.
• Register prior to 2 weeks before games begin to save $10 (details below).
• Each team will get an optional warm-up for 5 minutes before each game begins, each round.
• Water Pong commissioner is Lynn Perry.

HOW TO REGISTER:

• Click “REGISTRATION” tab above to officially register an account on our sports site.
  If you have already registered once before, then just log-in if you aren’t already.
• After you complete this step then click on “PAYMENT” tab and complete check-out.
  NOTE: you are not registered to play on a team until you submit payment.
  Registering on the site only creates an account on here. Make sure payment is submitted!
• SIGN ON AS A FREE AGENT OR WITH A FRIEND!
  In the team name field just type “free agent” or “free agent with (name)” to be placed with a friend.
• EARLY REGISTRATION COST is $45 for 8 evenings of games with 5 team games a night.
  Pay prior to 2 weeks before games beginning to save!
• LATE REGISTRATION COST is $55 if registering after the 2 weeks (14 days) prior deadline.
  Late registration will also receive a random FwF shirt color and not the team color.
• Team captain must register the team first unless you are registering as a free agent (to be placed with a random team).
• Team captains choose the team colors. If you select any other color, it’ll revert to what your captain chose.
  If registering as a free agent, just skip the color and fill-in your size.

NOTE: If you register 2 weeks or less prior to the season start date, you will get a Royal Frost Late Registration colored shirt.

LEAGUE RULES & INFO:

• RULES: FwF-Coed-BEER-PONG-Rules-2023FallEdit
• Official tables, cups and balls provided by the FwF League. Use of outside cups/balls is prohibited.
• 4 players per team minimum (6 maximum).
• 2 women per team minimum. No maximum women and no minimum on men.
• At least 1 female will toss each full game. Whoever starts the game, must finish it.
• We do factor in the win/loss scores of each game for standings so
  please play all 5 games. We even count how many cups are left/taken to
  determine your ranking in case of ties in rank.

• If you are short players, you can get substitutes up until the playoffs. However, it can’t be anyone who already plays in the league and you can only get 1 substitute who will have to play all of the games.
• You can only get a substitute player if you have 1 player show up OR 2 players and neither of them are women.
• During playoffs you must have at least 2 players (1 being female) from your team present or take a forfeit.
• This 8 week time-frame includes a playoff single elimination tournament week to determine the champs!
• All teams will make playoffs! Playoffs are single elimination.
• In playoffs it’s best out of 3 games, first team to 2 wins will advance to the next round.
• There will be a league captain’s chat on FB messenger for quickly relaying information from the commissioners to the teams.

AWARD:
Winning team will get pics with the championship belt, custom FwF Champs plastic solo cups and custom FwF Championship Medals.
