• BASIC BEER PONG INFORMATION:
  FwF is an adult 18+, social, coed league!
• Games will take place at Wild Wing Cafe. Located at 119 E Emory Rd, Powell, TN 37849.
• Friday SPRING 2026 – registration is OPEN! Games will take place beginning on March 6. NOTE: we will have an optional league wide practice night on Feb 27. 
  
• ALL PLAYERS GET A FWF SHIRT WITH REGISTRATION! Unless you do the team rate (contact for details).
  You will want to wear your shirt to get 15% off of your entire tab at the end of the night! Must be wearing your league shirt and ask for the “FwF Shirt Discount” at checkout. 
• League games begin at 7:00PM. You can show a little early to practice on open tables.
• Your team will play 5 games a night for 7 weeks + 1 playoff tournament week.
• SAVE $5 by registering 2 weeks before gameday. Discount automatically applied at checkout (details below).
• Each team will get an optional warm-up for 5-10 minutes before each game begins, each round.
• Beer Pong commissioner is Marta Finnegan.

HOW TO REGISTER:

• Click “REGISTRATION” tab above to officially register an account on our sports site.
  If you have already registered once before, then just log-in if you aren’t already.
• After you complete this step then click on “PAYMENT” tab and complete check-out.
  NOTE: you are not registered to play on a team until you submit payment.
  Registering on the site only creates an account on here. Make sure payment is submitted!
• NEED A TEAM? Sign on as a free agent or with a friend! All free agents get placed. Join with a friend by adding their name when prompted.
• EARLY REGISTRATION INCENTIVE is $45 per person for 8 minimum nights of games in the league.
  Pay 2 weeks before game-day to save! Discount is auto-applied at check-out, no code needed! Discount ends 2 weeks before start date at Midnight. This would be Thursday at 11:59PM.
• REGULAR REGISTRATION COST is $50 per person.
• We ask that team captains register a NEW team first. All other players will select the team name from the drop-down. Please allow up to 48 hours for site updates. NOTE: you must have at least 80% of the required players needed to start a team (at least 3 players). Otherwise, you’ll need to go into free agency together instead.
• Team captains choose the team colors. If you select any other color, it’ll revert to what your captain chose.
  If registering as a free agent, just skip the color and fill-in your size.

LEAGUE RULES & INFO:

• RULES: FwF-Coed-BEER-PONG-Rules-2026
• Official tables, cups and balls provided by the FwF League. Use of outside cups/balls is prohibited.
• 4 players per team minimum (6 maximum).
• 2 women per team minimum required.
• At least 1 female will toss each full game. Whoever starts the game, must finish it.
• If you do not meet these minimum player requirements, you will take forfeits games until you do. See rules.
• We do factor in the win/loss scores of each game for standings so please play all 5 games. We even count how many cups are left/taken to determine your ranking in case of ties in rank.

• If you are short players, you can get substitutes up until the playoffs. As long as your team meets the minimum requirement of registered players (4). However, it can’t be anyone who already plays in the league and you can only get 1 substitute who will have to play all of the games.
• You can only get a substitute player if you have 1 player show up OR 2 players and neither of them are women.
• During playoffs you must have at least 2 players (1 being female) from your team present or take a forfeit.
• This 8 week time-frame includes a playoff single elimination tournament week to determine the champs!
• All teams will make playoffs! Playoffs are single elimination.
• In playoffs it’s best out of 3 games, first team to 2 wins will advance to the next round.
• There will be a league captain’s chat on FB messenger for quickly relaying information from the commissioners to the teams.

AWARDS & PLAYOFFS:

• We will have 2 playoff divisions. This will be determined by how many teams we have each season. Some seasons, there could only be 1 division. It’s all based on number of teams.
• Fire Division is our top ranked teams at the end of the regular season. Champs of this division will get: Pics with the championship trophy – custom FwF Championship Medals (or they can trade those in to choose from the “shop” tab) – Team picture on our socials – sign our champs board
• Redemption Division will be lower ranked teams at the end of the regular season. Champs of this division will get: Custom FwF Beer Pong League Champs Cups – Team picture with our redemption division championship belt on all of our socials
