BASIC INFORMATION:
FwF is an 18+ adult, coed league. All skill levels welcome and we do use handicaps. We host 2 different evenings of Bowling.

• SPRING 2026 registration is OPEN!
  Monday League – March 23 and runs until May 11! NOTE: We will skip Easter Monday. 
  Thursday League – March 26 and run until May 7!
  Coming Soon – Tuesday League – TBD LATE Spring!
• Games take place at Family Bowl, located off of Parkside in West Knoxville.
• Game times will be every week beginning at 6:30PM with warm-ups starting at 6:15PM.
• Your team gets 3 games an evening over 7 weeks, shoe rentals are included. If you can’t make all 3 games, it’s ok! Arrive late, leave early or if you need to skip a week due to “life”, your team will be ok.

• Krystal Karnes is our Thursday bowling commissioner.
  Mathieu George is our Monday bowling commissioner.

• If you are new to the league, please ask the front desk to point you to her direction on league night
• IMPORTANT TEAM NOTE: if you register a team, you must have your entire team signed-up 1 week before games begin. Otherwise, your team will be filled with free agents OR you will be refunded and your spot given away. 

HOW TO REGISTER:

• First you need an account on the website. Click “NEW REGISTRATION” tab above to officially register on our site.
  If you have already registered once before, then just log-in if you aren’t already.
• After you complete this step then click on “MAKE LEAGUE PAYMENT” tab and complete check-out.
  NOTE: you are not registered to play on a team until you submit payment.
  Registering on the site only creates an account on here. Make sure payment is submitted!
• NEED A TEAM? Sign on as a free agent or with a friend!
  All free agents get placed. Join with a friend by adding their name when prompted.
• EARLY REGISTRATION INCENTIVE is $80 per person for 7 nights of games with 3 games every evening for each team! Shoe rentals are included.
  Pay 2 weeks before gameday to save! Which is Sunday at 11:59PM for the Monday League and Wednesday at 11:59PM for the Thur League. Discount is auto-applied at check-out, no code needed! .
• REGULAR REGISTRATION COST is $88 per person.
• We ask that team captains register a NEW team first. All other players will select the team name from the drop-down. Please allow up to 48 hours for site updates. NOTE: you must have at least 83% of the required players needed to begin a team (at least 5 players of the required 6). Then we can fill the remainder of your team but ONLY if notified you will need it. Otherwise, you’ll all need to go into free agency together instead. 
• Please have your roster players registered at minimum one week before the start of the season. If you reach this deadline, at midnight one week prior, and still don’t have your roster members registered, any spots will be filled by free agents (if available). If free agents are not available, your team could risk being disbanded. With your teammates being moved to teams in need. If no teams are in need, you would be refunded. Ask for help to recruit BEFORE this 1 week deadline.
• Captains choose the team colors.

LEAGUE RULES & INFO:

• BOWLING RULES: FwFBowlingRules
• 4 bowlers per game (1 female minimum each game).
• 6 players per team minimum (no maximum) with at least 2 women. 
• 1 female must bowl each game.
• IMPORTANT: IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF REQUIRED ROSTER PLAYERS 1 WEEK PRIOR TO GAMES STARTING, YOUR TEAM WILL TAKE FREE AGENTS OR BE DISBANDED. If there are free agents, you will take them on and at that point, your roster will be locked. No further teammates can join. If no free agents are available, your team will be disbanded. You go into free agency as individuals and fill other teams in need. If we can’t place you, you will receive a refund but no refunds will be granted otherwise. Please do not put in a team if you can’t fill it. Our spots are limited. 
  1 week prior to games beginning is at midnight 1 week before.
  Ask for free agents or help if you need it.
• Handicaps do apply to level the playing field. Our handicap is based off of a 180.
• Substitutes are NOT allowed.
• Final regular season team standings will determine who you play playoffs.
• Free Agents will not be assigned until 5-7 days prior to the season starting OR upon captain’s request.

AWARD:

• Winning team players get
  – Choice of either custom FwF Championship Medals OR something from our “Winner’s Circle Shop”. You can find that via the “info” tab above.
  – Pictures with the FwF Bowling Champions trophy and your team name added to it. 
  – Each player will get a gift card to a local establishment! 
• Runner-up teams can get their choice of consolation items such as custom FwF shot glasses!
