7 days prior to the season beginning, a full refund will be granted. This is a full 7 days. For example, if the league begins on the 8th of the month then you would’ve had to request a refund by the night of the 1st.
After that, the league pays out a lot of money to secure your spot. Therefore no refunds can be granted after this.
We also can’t move your registration to another season after this deadline. As that could place your team in jeopardy. What you can do is gift your season to another person, if you wish. We just have to be informed.

We have a captain’s chat via Facebook messenger. Your team captain is in this chat and should be relaying information back to the team. If they are not, please reach out to us so we can fix this.

We will only rarely ever send emails but do respond to them.
If games must be rescheduled, we will first notify the captain’s chat.

Any games that get rescheduled will typically get added to the very end of your team schedule. In some rare cases it might result in double-headers.
If it is raining outside then please always check with your captain.
No, rain or weather delays are NOT a reason for a refund. By playing in the outdoors league, you agree to weather delays.
League standings are always updated BEFORE the next week’s game.
We try our best to do it within 3 days after the last game. However, we sometimes need more time.
Standings first go off of your team win/loss record. Then most runs scored followed by least amount of points allowed. We do not factor in head-to-head or anything other than that outlined here.
Yes! On Sundays, our commissioner is keeping the batting stats of every single player. If you are ever curious or want to see your’s, have your captain ask her for them via the captain’s chat. You can also directly email us or reach out to our Fun with Friends Sports Facebook page for them.
She only keeps them for the current season then discards them. Reach out after each game or wait until the end of the regular season to obtain the collective.
Please be sure that you submitted payment. If you did not pay, you are not registered to play in the league.

Only once you pay are you registered to play and will be added to your selected team within 48 hours.
If you created a new team, it’ll be added within this same time-frame.
If you joined as a free agent, then most likely we have not assigned free agents yet. You can check this by going to the teams tab then clicking the free agents pool tab. If your name is still there, you have not be assigned a team yet. If your name is removed, you have been.
NOTE: Free agents are not assigned up until 3-5 days prior to the season starting. Rarely are they assigned sooner. This is due to teams trying to finalize their rosters before knowing if they need more players. Free agents will ALWAYS be assigned to a team.
A representative of the league will always reach out to you closer to start date to link you with the captain.

We do follow the league rules and don’t bend them.
In the case where a player’s eligibility is questioned pertaining to our rules, we will always go off of the state issues ID. This could be to check the identity of a player, age, gender, etc.
This is the only legal method we have to validate.
Team captains or co-captains are the only ones who can request a roster check on another team. We go off of the name on the roster and it must match that on the ID. Therefore, we highly suggest not using nicknames when registering for our league.

Get this discount automatically, simply by registering 2 weeks before the season begins.
If your team wins the main championship then they can win a discount via the “shop” tab. You just have to decline the medal to get this discount. To get this discount, you must first be on a golden glove winning team. Then, you must decline the medal. Lastly, you have to go through the check-out of the shop. The code will be emailed to you within a few days.
This code will be tied only to you and is non-transferable. It is valid for 1 time for each player. It can be used ANY future season within 1 year. It can only be used for the sport you won in. To view this discount, check the “store” tab.
Shirts are custom ordered. Most come by week 2 at the absolute latest. If you don’t have your shirt by week 2 then please contact us from via the above information OR have your team captain reach out.
We do ALWAYS get your shirts to you. However, due to the distributor there can be delays at times.
Once shirts are ordered, we can’t refund them unless the distributor isn’t able to fulfill the order. You must show up to games to get your shirt. Refunds will not be issued on shirts and they will not be held after the season ends. They will then be donated to another player.
