How To Redeem

Congratulations on your win! If you found this page, it’s because you need assistance on selecting items from our Winner’s Circle Shop. Please follow these steps below. If you still have trouble, email us at sports@fwfknoxville.com.

How to redeem :

  1. Visit: https://fwfsportsknoxville.com/product-category/winners-circle/

  2. Click on the picture of the item you want.

  3. Choose the league you won from the drop-down and add it to your cart.

  4. Proceed to cart then proceed to checkout.

  5. Once at checkout, fill-out all info. Change delivery based on what you choose. For Discounts & Passes, select Digital Delivery. For Physical Items select Shipping or In-Person.

  6. Make sure all information is correct! This is very important. Then, place the order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

Timeline to receive:

  1. Discount Codes are custom to each player and typically arrive within 7–14 days via email. We can’t rush this process. This is why we ask players to do this sooner than waiting. If you do not receive it in 14 days, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, please email us. Something could have been missed. 

  2. Passes are sent within 7-14 days via email. 

  3. Champ Shirts take 1-2 months max to arrive in your hands. They too are custom ordered and we must await creation and delivery. 
  4. Medals and any other physical items we have on hand can process immediately. 

Stipulations:

  1. Each winner must visit our Winner’s Circle and do the above process once per each league they won (if doing multiple). 

  2. We are NOT able to process this outside of the site. The only way to gain your prize is by the process above.

  3. You have 1 year exactly from the time of winning to complete this process. If you won a season on June 1, you would have until June 1 of the next year to gain your prize. After a year, anything placed will be cancelled. 

  4. Codes and Passes are sent to you virtually. Physical items must be shipped or plans made to pick-up at a future season. We will not hold physical items after 6 months and 3 attempts to reach you. After that time, it will be cancelled and no longer valid. 

  5. You CAN combine discount codes if you won multiple seasons! In that case, reach out because our check-out system only recognizes 1 code at a time.
