Financial Hardship Form

For players experiencing a financial hardship. 
SPRING 2026 APPLICATION IS OPEN! Deadline for applications: March 8, 2026.
No financial statements or other information is required. We are using the trust system. This is 100% confidential and will not be seen nor shared with anyone other than the league owner. Please read details then scroll down to apply.

WHO CAN APPLY:

  1. Anyone who has paid to play in any of our leagues within the past 12 months.
  2. Anyone who can’t afford a season due to a setback. NOTE: if you can afford 1 league but can’t the other, you may apply for 1 and cover the other.
  3. Only the individual signing-up. You can’t apply for someone else and this is non-transferable. 

WHY:
Because when life hits us hard, it can be depressing digging out of it. Being active can help us, motivate us and bring us moments of joy surrounding the stress. It is simply to help loyal community customers.

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Scroll down to the form. 
  2. You will have to submit your legal first & last name, valid email and phone number. Along with a statement typed into the form explaining your hardship. Something simple and to the point will work. Make sure it is at least one sentence long. You may express and share as much or as little as you like. 
  3. You will select which league(s) you would like to apply this to. You can only select 2 leagues max. Note: each will be drawn separately.
  4. You may include your spouse or partner in this form as well. As most couples are impacted together.
  5. Hit submit and you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours letting you know it was received.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You will be notified 2 weeks prior to the season starting at the latest. We will explain if you were OR were not drawn this season. Names are blindly drawn to keep it fair. Your claim, name nor any other information will be looked at closely until your form is drawn. Recommendations from others, nor any influence, will NOT be allowed and COULD result in your form being forfeited. Nobody other than you directly will be notified or know of this.



FINAL RULES & STIPULATIONS:

  • Scroll down to see how many spots we currently have available for this program per league.
  • This is NOT available for new players to the league. Only for those who have played at least 1 season with us in the past 12 months. This limitation is due to wanting to help recent and current community members out first.
  • Only those who submit a form will be considered.
  • If your form is not filled out correctly, we will have to pull another name. 
  • This form opens anew for each season.
  • Applications will have a due by date listed above. Then they will close for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, it will reset to the next season. All past forms will be erased. 
  • If selected, you are not valid to apply for this again for 6 months exactly. A renewal date will be explained if you were drawn/selected for a season. This is simply to allow others a chance.
  • If you are NOT selected, you can reapply for the next season. When emailed with notice, you will be encouraged to reapply if your situation does not change. When reapplying, you will then be placed into a priority pile.
  • If you are emailed and do not reply within 3 days, you will receive a text. If 3 more days pass, an attempt to call you will be made. You have 1 full week to respond before we pass it along.
  • NOT INCLUDED: A FwF Sports shirt will not accompany the free season. Anything you need to play will not accompany the free season. However, for leagues that require items (paddles, bats, etc) we always have community ones on hand for people to borrow per game.

Spots Available Per League:

  • Softball – 5 spots per league each day.
  • Kickball – 4 spots per league each day.
  • Bowling – 1 spot per league each day.
  • Pickleball – 1 spot per league each day.
  • Cornhole – 2 spots per league each day.
  • Beer Pong – 2 spots.
  • Volleyball – 3 spots.
  • Upcoming Ultimate Frisbee League will NOT currently be included in this program. We will open up spots in 2027.

I do hope you take advantage if this applies to you. I have been in your shoes, I feel most of us have been.
